Almonds are an excellent source ofoil:50% of the mass of each almond consists of oily substances, therefore, with cold pressing, there is an excellent yield in terms of almond oil production.

We know that almond oil is highly appreciated in cosmetics: it is highly moisturizing, exerts an emollient, lubricating, soothing action and is rich in antioxidant substances useful for the skin. To dress the salad, you can prepare a delicate vinegrette by combining 2 tablespoons of sweet almond oil with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Combined with red vinegar, it is recommended to enhance the flavor of meat. Its delicate flavor also makes it suitable for replacing butter in certain desserts.
